Antonia Lofaso

Lofaso was trained by the most renowned chefs and learned their advanced techniques, but was never afraid to go against her intuitions. She worked closely with many celebrities and rose rapidly through the ranks in Wolfgang Puck's Spago. Lofaso and Sal Aurora partnered in 2011 to create Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City. Lofaso had found home at Black Market. The partnership would allow for creativity and freedom Lofaso longed for. The goal of Black Market is to not be constrained in any way. The menu could start with chips of dill potato Shishito chilies, and go on to the Korean wings dish and meatballs.
